上課的第三天是戶外教學 投入大自然的懷抱
我們來到紐約州的一個Mountain Mohonk Resort 聖地 是世界上最古老的地
從走入秘密花園的迷宮開始，藉由手中的草藥在迷宮中灑，找尋、困惑、釐清、釋放….到出現秘密花園..冥想仰望藍天；然後老師帶著我們與老樹連結，樹籐相纏，與古老的大大大石頭相應。
接下來我們到五星級餐廳用自助餐
餐後的甜點竟然變成是我的surprise 慶生會 我於生日當天坐上飛機
沒想到老師偷偷將我點的冰淇淋放上蠟燭 大家為我唱生日歌
我感動到落淚
午後的行程就開始爬山 邊爬邊走邊跳舞
到了蓮花池 lily pond 老師突然要大家在過橋前先做一個拱門 但卻拉著我
等拱門做好 老師對我說這是你的生日橋 走過這橋 經過大家的祝福妳重生了
真的真的感動到無言 
在蓮花池 我在持的蓮師咒 有著大家的加持與祝福 我重生了
最後我們爬上高塔 一望無際 老鷹翱翔
從大地到天上 從小草小花到老樹及幾百萬年的大石頭
從豔陽天到狂風暴雨 微風徐徐 閃電 打雷… 我們都經歷到
最後我們等雨變小才分批離開
老師要我們對當天的感受寫成詩
Heaven, sky, earth and land
Mountains, clouds, winds, thunders and rain
All is one
One is all
Nature heals us all
Trees, blossom flowers, leaves, insects and maze
Broken hearts, lost souls, problems and disappointments
All is love
Love is all
The garden of Imagination heals us all.

Lily pond, with breathing lives in the pond, I quietly chant God of Lotus mantra, to all
Lily pond, with lovely angels dancing around, I see the true beauty as a WHOLE.
Sky Top, with tower of vision, I wish all of us dreams fulfill.
Sky Top, with all the mountains surround, I thank you us all.

Big to abundance
